The aromas resulting from prolonged aging stand out: dried figs, toasted hazelnuts and green walnuts.

Warm and very liqueur mouthfeel.

Flavors of licorice, medicinal herbs appear, which are wrapped in sweet notes and a bitter tip of melted sugar.

We wanted to recreate a "Classic of Tarragona", crafting this vermouth with a sweet solera wine that was aged in 7,000 liter oak barrels for 5 years. We add aromatic herbs and let it age for 18 months in barrels containing Xerés wines.
