Del Professore Pickled Vermouth, born from a collaboration with Marian Beke from The Gibson bar in London, is a unique product, out of the box and therefore surprising.

Aromatic and fruity wines mix with unusual spices and aromatic herbs, giving life to an original semi-dry vermouth that combines the centuries-old craftsmanship of Piedmont with the ancient culture of "pickles" and above all with the creativity and inspiration of one of the most fanciful bartenders of the world stage.

Gibson Pickled Vermouth is fresh and fruity on the nose, with light notes of dill and bay leaves, then explodes on the palate with notes of coriander, wormwood, allspice, cubeba, sage and red thyme that give a unique and complete flavor, with a finish refreshing citrus, enriched with a persistent note of grapefruit.

OUR PICKLED MARTINI DEL PROFESSORE

5cl London Dry Gin,
4 cl Gibson Pickled Vermouth,
2 drops of Angostura Orange Bitters
2 drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.

Mix and strain into a Coupette bowl.
Decorate with lemon zest.
