VERMUTE DE TARRAGONA OLAVE BLANCO - vol. 15% - 75cl

Ideal for refreshing cocktails, dry gins, vodkas and dry tonic. It is a transparent vermouth, with yellow and greenish reflections, dense but not cloudy, very clean.

The nose is intense, with notes of aromatic herbs and spices, with light balsamic touches that give us a pleasant and very particular aromatic structure.

In the mouth we feel a light alcoholic intensity, very well balanced with the acidity. Half glyceric, it gives us a velvety mouthfeel, with notes of wood and citrus fruits well combined with the herbs in the initial blend and gives us a long aftertaste.

It can be accompanied with all types of pickles, Roman-style squid, steamed mussels...
