This Premium Vermouth from Penedès, Spain, reveals a bitter taste and the characteristic aroma of the vermouth are provided by a group of botanicals, among which we find wormwood, Artemisia, juniper and orange, among others.

Since 1946, the MASCARÓ family has been concerned with controlling the quality of their products throughout the entire process, from the vineyard to bottling.
The wine used to make this vermouth is of the Parellada variety and comes from the "Mas Miquel" estate, previously owned by the monks of the neighboring Cistercian monastery of Santes Creus (Tarragona).

To make this vermouth, Ugni Blanc berries are used, aged in the cellar of Narciso Mascaró, founder of MASCARÓ, known as "Siset".

The bitter taste and characteristic aroma of vermouth are provided by a group of botanicals, among which we find wormwood, Artemisia, juniper and orange, among others.

PROOF
Bright and clear mahogany color with orange highlights. Clear and bright appearance.
On the nose there are notes of aromatic herbs, licorice and a slight balsamic touch.
Good intensity in the mouth with an excellent balance between acidity and bitterness. With a sweet entry, a light bitter touch and an elegant finish.
Intense, long and fresh thanks to citrus touches.

SERVICE
Between 8 and 10 ºC or with ice

CONSUMPTION
It can be consumed with ice and an orange twist. Ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails such as the Americano or the Negroni.
