A white wine-based vermouth, made with two wines that are aged separately for a year.

At the same time, a secret selection of herbs and spices is macerated for three weeks, which are delicately extracted so that the wine can rest for another six weeks.

Nose: Dry and fruity with citrus fruits, wild berries and all types of dried herbs.

Mouth: Dry and peppery palate. Very herbaceous, with pine and cedar resin, a little thyme…

Final : Long and complex finish. Very dry!
