Bianco's innocence hides a richness of flavor. An exclusive wine base, produced from white wines such as Trebbiano, is rewarded with floral and aromatic herb extracts.

The original MARTINI® recipe remains under lock and key. Our masters recognize it only by its aroma and flavor. Every year, more than 500 samples of botanical ingredients pass through Ivano's nose and only his experience, combined with Beppe's, allows Luigi Rossi's legacy to be maintained.

WINE AND BOTANICAL INGREDIENTS
Vermouth does not exist without one or the other. Together, they create a barrier of senses with flavor, aroma, texture and color.
Our vermouths include a combination of Trebbiano wine from Emilia Romagna and Catarratto wine from Sicily, to which we add our mastery of botanical ingredients. Aromatic herbs, fruity fragrances, exotic woods and captivating spices in different formulations and quantities produce "dry mixes".
The interaction of these herbs during the extraction process creates a unique flavor for each MARTINI® expression.
