The 18 botanicals can clearly be smelled and enjoyed.
This gin, containing 45% vol. can be drunk neat. It shows its potency, however, when tonic water is added. Whereas most gins lose their aromas when tonic water is added, the same tonic opens up the nginious! Gin so that it remains present at all times.

A Swiss Blended Gin

Botanicals

• Juniper, barberry, laurel fruit
• Citrus and sweet orange peel, fresh grapefruit, cardamom
• Hay flower, clover flowers, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, chamomile, black currant leaves, orris root, carline thistle root, galangal
• Licorice

Maceration

Preparation: The fruits are gently mixed by hand, brief and intense maceration

Pot Still/ Small Batch

Small batches of 100 liters are distilled under control in the still

Rest period
at least 6 – 8 weeks after distillation
